Wow! What great service. A lot of people could learn from these guy's they were so professional but still personable. Not only helped us with our TV but shared some wisdom with the way we had our entertainment set up.They were more than happy to answer our questions and listen to our concern.I would give them 10 stars if I could. They were able to repair my very old 4-track tape mixer (and after some other services I tried weren't able to). It has been working perfectly again! Very pleased, in their service and also their friendliness!!
I called Impulse (who I found on the LG website as an authorised service representative) as my LG TV had stopped working only just over 2 years. From the get go, I knew that they were going to be super helpful. Nick, who answered my call was professional, friendly, patient and most important of all, offered alternatives and workarounds to suit me. The issue with the TV could have been a couple of things, and instead of sending someone out to assess what was needed, Nick organised to order everything that could have been an issue everything to send with the technician. This meant that the issues were resolved in the shortest time possible! From my initial call to when my TV was working again - was 2.5 working days. An amazing outcome. It's rare that you receive customer service so good that you just want to rant about it - and this is no exception. Would definitely recommend them to others!! Thanks again for all your help.

The tech that came over to replace my Oled panel was fantastic, he was knowledgeable clearly communicated what he was doing and was polite and friendly; the whole process went super smooth and fast but was also thorough. Excellent service from LG's authorised service agent. Shame I didn't receive same level of service when contacting LG directly by phone. Should have received service under warranty. However, Impulse Audio Visual provided advice, lent me a battery for interim use and ordered the requisite rechargeable batteries which arrived in record time. Thank you. 5 stars.
