What excellent service . Walked in 11.30 with laptop problems. Had it back. Fixed. By 5p.m. NOT a major repair I gather but still prompt service. Was happy with the price but saying that have had no previous repairs done. A query next day lead to more great advice and assurity of warranty if needed. Yes. VERY satisfied.

After an expensive and ongoing saga of seemingly relentless iPhone misfortune, the kind that has you reaching for the Valium and questioning to yourself, “are mobile phones really that necessary in modern day life?”, I figured I’d give ProTech Repairs a crack. In a stunning combination of ripper customer service, technological wizardry and reassurance along the lines of “mate, we got this”, I am now reunited with my all-singing all-dancing iPhone X. Glorious, utterly glorious. The moral of the story: Phones ARE essential, Valium is overrated, and the team at ProTech are a bunch of legends. Would recommend in a heartbeat.
I broke my screen and couldn't use my phone so, I took it to ProTech Repairs and they fixed it within an hour. They also noticed my home button was broken and replaced it for me free of charge. They are great people who do great jobs and I would recommend for people who brake their phone at Coolum Beach

What lovely Sunshine Coast people so good. Hard drive had melted was quoted a basic price to get my info. Clearly this would of cost a lot any where else. Not here they still charged me the basic price as they quoted. I will not go anywhere else! They offer great service and have very reasonable rates with Cool Sunshine Coast attituide. Highly recommended.
