We could not be happier to recommend YZY Kit Homes and their exceptionally high quality products. As soon as we found YZY in our research for a granny flat, we knew we did not want to look elsewhere. We chose the 2 bedroom Rhodes model and are absolutely in love with it! The quality of the building, the beauty of the timber and other materials (i.e. flooring and decking), the layout - absolutely every single part of it exceeded all expectations. And to top it off, because YZY Kit Homes are just that, kit homes, they are extremely quick to build and far more economical than having something custom designed and built. That being said, you are able to make modifications if desired - another bonus! Honestly, choosing YZY Kit Homes was the best decision we've made as homeowners. An incredible investment and worth every penny!

I love the fact that the YZY range of kit homes and studios are so versatile! Not only are they the perfect extra room in your backyard, but are also great for home offices, guest rooms, painting/art studio or holiday accommodation down the coast! They are by far the best looking studios and granny flats on the market, and would perfectly compliment any backyard. I can't wait to have one in my backyard one day.
Ingeniously simple and easy to erect. From slab to roof n 6hrs with 3 guys...little construction knowledge required. Inexpensive and practical homes that have added value to our property and a great little retreat for us and playroom for the children. The people from YZY Kithomes are a pleasure to deal with; always available and the after sales support was fantastic. Highly recommend them.
YZY have supplied a number of prefab units to my clients. As a builder I rely on quality suppliers and subcontractors to provide me with good service and support. YZY is one supplier I can rely upon.
