Kevin came to my aid on a Sunday afternoon. He talked me through a whole lot of tests to try to identify what was wrong with my power. He ended up having to come out and fix the RCD switches. He was extremely professional, thorough and helpful and fixed the problem in about an hour. He also advised me about other electrical work that needed doing and I will employ the team to do this work in the future for me.
