Amazing place like others have said before, good choice to come here. please make sure to rent all the things (we had a set of jacket, pants, boots toboggans) you need before going up to mt buller, except for googles only i found mine at buller sports up in mt buller,not too bad and quite cheap too less than 70. other than that renting Its really difficult in mt buller expensive. This place makes our lives much easier! The staff was very helpful as well showing us how to use the chain for tires.
Came here to hire snowboarding gear for the day. Got there at 8am...was served fast and the team were very helpful and gave us amateurs some helpful tips. The gear was in great condition and price was very good. Great bunch of nice people and will definitely be back!
Enqired about chains via email, took a day to reply with a short, rude response. I never mentioned i would be taking the snow chains off road, just mentioned i own a 4x4 and was told to go to the bp up the road. Seemed to have minimal interest in me as a customer! Edit, i was enquiring about chains on my subaru, not the 4x4 and it was for 7 days to have as as a precaution to drive to woods pt. They responded again, less rude but said their chains are plastic on the inside and are only for going up well made resort roads. No love for the non ski crowd I feel.
Like the other reviewers I also got great service from these guys. Had my skis ready to go and insisted on testing the chains I hired on my wheels themselves in the pouring rain just to make sure I'd be OK. It was really nice of the guys to do that. Also really easy to find the shop.
