Dodgey, manually counted means you are never sure if the count is correct. Today we delivered twice the quantity of cans for EXACTLY the same price as last month. 24.30 probably an ongoing joke amoung the fellas. I have read the other reviews and guess the comment will be " we are replacing staff.. blah blah" No need to comment for my benefit I am just going elsewhere.

Up until recently no problems .. People make sure you count your cans 3 times same amount of cans three different outcomes won’t be back again
The young fella with green hair and tattoos everywhere is beyond nice, I’ve been coming here since the start of 2020 I’ve never met a nicer person working there, he took time to make sure absolutely every piece of recycling was out of my car even apologised for the bald guy that was racing around on the forklift for yelling at me for rolling forward a little too much when all he had to do was politely ask me to stop I couldn’t recommend dealing with the green hair guy over any one else more As for the bald headed guy if it wasn’t for this other guy (sorry I don’t know his name) you’d have a lost a customer and would have a lot of trouble coming your way there was no need to talk to myself or my mother the way you did literally yelled at both of us on the same day in different cars I send many people there but after dealing with you I’ll be thinking twice about it, also the way you yell at your younger staff is something of concern too hopefully the owner catches you one day.

Had it not been for the heavily tattooed guy with coloured hair taking the time out his clearly busy day to talk to me and ask we had gotten everything out and even sharing a laugh I’d never be coming back here the older guy with a shaved head who just sits on the forklift is the rudest person I’ve met in my life scratched my car speeding through on his forklift which I’ll ignore and then stormed off after paying me as I was trying to give the other worker a compliment disgusting clearly management staff but very friendly what I assume is a low level worker more dealings with him please
