Positives: Friendly receptionists Good facilities Great operating hours (late evening) Easy to book online Negative: Unfortunately as a first time patient, I found the Dr to be unprepared, dismissive and quite rude. Every time she asked a question it felt as if she wasn’t really listening to my response. She noticed something with my newborn then just dismissed it and didn’t offer any advice on how to proceed with treatment, even after I asked for more information. I had quite a few questions prepared for the appointment but felt uncomfortable to ask anything further as the appointment felt rushed and that she didn’t have time or interest. I had chosen this practise from the google reviews and had assumed there was a family focus. It is clear that the positive reviews are dependent on the Doctor you deal with, unfortunately I did not have a great experience.

This practice is amazing. In particular, Dr. Sam has been very good to me and my family. I would highly recommend this practice , everything about it is amazing from the facilities available, to the doctor's , right down to the booking system. I never have to wait in line , wait on the phone and all the staff have been great. Can not recommend enough. If you're local, and this practice is taking new patients, I would again, highly recommend coming here .

Always a great experience at this practice. My family joke that Lisa and Linda on reception are my best friends because they are so good to our family. Dr Sam is our doctor and he takes all concerns seriously and investigates thoroughly.

The clinic is amazing, the practice staff and doctors are kind, caring, thorough and helpful. Our family Doctor is Dr Samarakkody (Dr Sam to my babies) and he is wonderful. It is often hard to find a GP that you trust and want to see regularly, Dr Sam is one of those magical Doctors. Both my toddlers love seeing him and he makes the experience much easier with his kindness and smiles. Even needles are a breeze. Thank you for saving us time and time again team.
