i went to Adaptive PC Solutions to clean my laptop's internal parts & devices because after a decade of accumulation of dust particles, it started clogging the air vents intended to cool the laptop or provide proper air circulation. Glen provided a very professional & technical explanation as to the reason's of laptop overheating & the potential dange r's it can cause. I trusted my device in his hand's & he gave me an estima- tion of the amount of time needed for completion. Glen told me maxim- um a couple of days. Little did i know he called me tomorrow to pick up my laptop. I've tested the device practically & there was no overheating problem ever since. Not only was the sevice fast, the results were also extre mely satisfying & fruitful. Glen even took the extra time to clean all dust particles on my laptop's exterior making it seem brand new. I definately recommend Adaptive PC Solutions!!!

My computer was slow. He had it for a week. 100. A few days after I got it back and went to use it all the icons were gone. Another 20 to get 2 major ones back. Spoke down to me and nagged the whole time. Terrible attitude. Looking for another service now as computer doesn't work at all.
Glen was extremely helpful and patient with all questions asked. His advice was extremely appreciated. A great service and fantastic price, Glen was able to investigate and repair my PC without hassle. Overall extremely happy with the service, highly recommend to anyone needing PC support. Glen was recommended to me when my external hard drive decided not to work. I was distraught as it held all my documents. (Lesson 101, don’t put all your eggs in the one basket!!!) Glen didn’t want to build up my hopes and patiently explained why he may not be able to recover my documents. However, within an hour and a half of me leaving his office he called me to say he was now quite hopeful of success. I was ecstatic. He was able to recover all my documents and put them on a new hard drive which I'd left with him (my fingers crossed). Glen texted me the next day with the cost which was extremely reasonable. He also said to call him with any issues. I highly recommend Glen at Adaptive PC Solutions for any IT problems. Fabulous service.

Perfect IT shop. VERY friendly staff, helpful for people who don't really understand what they are doing. If you are looking at getting your computer fixed, this is 100% the place to go!
