Very friendly, helpful and knowledgable staff. The museum was wonderful, with fun, interactive exhibits for the kids. A definite must stop if you are visiting mannum or just passing through and want to stretch your legs.

As a local, this is a must go-to destination in Mannum. The town's river history is presented in an appealing and interactive format and the centre has a fantastic selection of quality souvenirs. From here you can find out about what there is to see and do while in Mannum and book a cruise on one of the boats based in town. The friendly volunteers are knowlegeable and most helpful.
Was very disappointed that you were not open till 11 on Sunday.
My 11 year old grandson and myself visited the museum for just under 2 hours today at the information centre. We both thoroughly enjoyed the displays, history and interactive activities. The staff were extremely helpful, it was certainly well worth visiting.

One of the best information centres along the River Murray and the museum is not to be missed ! Staffed by friendly and informative volunteers who are a wealth of information and two beautiful paddle boats to explore and cruise on.
Great source of inspiration for things to do and see.
