Great response from Drainworks who sent Barry to help clear our blocked drain. Barry was the most professional plumber I have ever experienced. Charming, courteous and very informative about the problem and solution and took great care in explaining the situation as he fixed the problem. The further advice on preventative measures and options to improve the drainage system were logical and flexible. I will only use DrainWorks moving forward based on this experience and Barry is an asset to the business. Thank you - Barry - I am one very satisfied customer!
Absolutely first class. Never received better service anywhere when it comes to 'tradies'. Professional, punctual, thoughtful, intelligent, polite, helpful, constructive, high quality with guarantees and periodic follow ups and checks. A very special company that goes the extra mile in a field where there are a lot of 'cowboys' and 'take it or leave its'.
Obviously time will tell with how the investment in the relining goes (annual inspections are included in their warranty). I did my research and selected this team based on listening to their advice and being local. So far I have had 2 stages done: the first with Adam and the second with Barry and Joshua. All their work is supervised by Shane. They are prompt, polite, clean and competent in their work. I have no hesitation in recommending them to others.
