VERY DISAPOINTED. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. POOR QUALITY. I contacted the company to purchase a skirt that is worn by one of their dolls as my niece lost it. It was a doll that is still on sale in their website and in retail shops. I emailed and emailed, and when they finally emailed back, they would not sell the skirt separately. The skirt is detachable, and little kids lose things. They should take this into consideration. I definitely won’t be buying anymore of their products. It is over priced, and not kid friendly at all.
