I've engaged Steve and Tracy for end of lease cleaning on two occasions now (I don't move much) and both times they have been outstanding. On time, exceptionally thorough and very friendly. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Each time they have completed the end of lease clean, the property somehow looks much cleaner than when I originally moved in.

Had an end of lease clean and fumigation done by Steve. Happy to have had both services done by one company. Steve really cares about his work and went above and beyond to help me. He was very polite and even taught me how to clean a window properly. Hands down the best customer service experience I have ever had. Will definitely be recommending this place to friends and using for all future cleans.

I have always had great experiences with Tracey and Stephen. I have last week used them for my end of lease clean and I am more than happy with the result as if my estate agent and I am expecting full bond money returned. I also used to work for Manly Cleaning a few years back so have experienced first hand the time, effort and precision that goes into the exit cleans, there is no doubt Manly cleaning are the best end of lease cleaning company. We contacted Tracey at Manly Cleaning & Pest Control she was super easy and friendly to deal with. They completed our end of lease and carpet clean on our house in Freshwater. We received our bond back in full. Highly recommend. Thank you Tracey.
Tracey and Stephen did an amazing job cleaning our rented property after we lived there for 2 & 1/2 years. Not only that but they went above and beyond after I muddled up the booking day and they cleaned for us on Sunday and Monday early AM to get it done in time for our inspection. Fantastic service. I have used Manly Cleaning for several years now. Wherever we move, we always get them to do a lease clean and we get our bond back straight away. I also use their pest control every year as we have kids and it's very effective and at a competitive rate. I trust them and can rely on them every time to do a good job.
Tracey is the most lovely business owner to deal with!! Not only do she and her hubby do a fabulous job with 2 of our end-of-lease clean and carpet cleaning, but she is a dream to communicate with, and even gave me a lift when I ran out of petrol on moving day!! I highly recommend- even with a very fussy landlord, we can't fault Tracey! :)
