Simple, honest and friendly. Over 3years I rented a fridge, TV and washer. Only once did I have an issue to which the owner Tony happily arranged a switch of the product. We specifically asked the delivery driver to not drag the fridge across our timber floors as they scratch easily......so what does he do? Drags the fridge across the floor. Thanks buddy. Now we have a foot long scratch in our floor.
