Recently got a new vehicle which was checked by Mandurah Prestige and Performance. I purchased the vehicle and I am super happy with their service. They also used to work in my previous car. Always very thorough and list things that need attention

Have had nothing but problems after taking a Mercedes ML270 CDI in for a major service which cost 4000, after that service the car ran horribly, poured massive clouds of black smoke from the exhaust, hesitated when accelerating and idled horribly. About 3 weeks after the service the injector for cylinder 1 blew out and had to be towed TO A DECENT MECHANIC who informed us that the vehicle had the wrong injectors installed, the single use bolts had been re-used and water was getting into the cylinder, in the end the car ended up heading to the scrap yard. To cut a long story short, AVOID MANDURAH PRESTIGE AND PERFORMANCE AT ALL COSTS!!!

Disappointing!! Made a huge mistake supporting them and will not use or ever recommend them in the future. My Triton ute went in for a 40000km minor service., received my vehicle back with incorrect service details. Contacted them and was advised to return the vehicle and they will reset the service details to the correct settings. They were not able to correct their mistake and I was told to take the vehicle away, see if it would reset and then bring it back again and it was implied that the fault is with the vehicle. I wrote two emails to verify what course of action they would take to rectify the problem, I also asked about a claimed clutch fluid test that was performed. Wanted to know the equipment used, test criteria for the clutch fluid. No response received to my emails. Took the vehicle back for a third time and again they were not able to rectify the settings. Claimed it was a fault with the vehicle. The service report make no mention of a fault. Fact is they serviced the vehicle, set the service interval incorrectly and now that they can not set it correctly it has become a vehicle fault. No response to my emails, I even have an electronic delivery report for the second email. I question the honesty and the integrity with which they conduct business.

I called to book my car in for an oil and filter change last week and was scheduled for 7.30am this morning. I rang again to confirm the booking late yesterday afternoon, as when I have used these guys previously things seemed a little disorganised with times etc. Having confirmed this time,I organised my household / work and entire morning schedule around, and made sure I left home by 7am as I live 20 minutes away. When I arrived the owner tells me he is short staffed in a pretty abrupt manner. I run a business myself so can appreciate sometimes these things happen and sometimes things get busier than anticipated. What I don't appreciate is being spoken to as though I was the one inconveniencing them. Taking my car servicing and tyre business elsewhere form now on

-Photos say it ALL, DAMAGED PAINT. asked if they knew how to roll guards, they said "YES". - the last 3 photos was taken when I received the car back with a large chip/flake out of the paint -the first photo was taken 24/hours prior to the work, when I was taking photos of the new rims i just brought, -they said they spotted a chip in my paint prior to working on it, obviously was a lie to cover there screw up. -cost me 150 for a poor job. -not happy with the work an will cost far more for repairs, DO NOT RECOMMEND....
