Corruption... One stare too much for them. No picked phone ,no one calls back, no follow up even no experience with insurance work and not qualified Most of the people in the office don't know how the insurance work run or construction work. Completely really bad service.

Had to deal with this company through our insurance and we are disgusted with how they treat their customers. Had a guy called Wayne come out to the house and he was beyond disrespectful to not only the contractors but to our family as well. We were threatened by him and had to ask him to leave the property. We then got in contact with our insurance to ask if they could remove him from the job. Extremely disappointed with this company and would never recommend it to anyone. Would give 0 stars if it was an option!!!
No doubt the most atrocious Company we have ever had to deal with. We had a leak in our roof that was coming through the ceiling and puddling onto the floor. We are with NRMA insurance and unfortunately they use Tandem, who then took over 2 weeks to finally contact us. They don't understand customer service ( will not reply to phone calls or emails) and when you are fortunate enough to finally get an Assessor to come out (after I took time off work) he arrived late. When he did arrive he would only look inside the house, telling me we would need another "assessor" to get up on the roof. Again I would need to take time off work as he might need to take a look inside also. The whole process has been drawn out and extremely stressful!! I give them NO STAR rating
It is dissapointing to see that Tandem has been aligned with my insurance claim. The sheer lack of communication, additional delays in claim. Forgetting about the scope of claim and finally dropped all scope of the job. Appauled to note that after 4 property visits nothing had been done and caused near 6 months of delays in a claim. Not one for leaving reviews however I cannot consciously imagine any good reason for work to be assigned to them.
Absolutely appalling service, don't know how they manage to stay in business.
The one star rating is above and beyond what these people deserve. Have had to cash settle an insurance claim because they under quoted and couldn't do the repairs as required. They don't return calls and I believe they try to frustrate you to the point that you cut your loses and take a pay out.
These guys are a disgrace. Would never recommend, Sadly RACV use these guys and tandem have completely dropped the ball.
Not one to usually provide negative feedback, however this Company has pushed me to the limits that this must be made aware to all future customers. Tandem is a Company that does not live up to its values nor mission statement of being trust or recognised. I've been waiting for Tandem to commence repairs on the storm damage to my property and they have only been unorganised, unclear and unreliable. I waited for months without an update for Tandem, only to hear that they were waiting for my approval and go ahead - which I had provided months ago. In addition, Tandem were never proactive, we had to call to follow up on the status and were offered false promises of follow up within the day or week, only to my demise of not receiving a phone call. The final straw was that we received a call from Tandem advising that the repairs were finally complete. An absolute joke as the repairs had not even commenced, we had no repairers on site, and at 0%. This is the type of Company and reliability you will be working with if you choose to go with Tandem.
