As I am financially effected by the global pandemic, I was desperately looking for job. I got the opportunity from two companies one from Menzies and another from other company. I was asked to do two and a half hours of induction online from Menzies. I felt like work guaranteed, so i choose Menzies. I was also asked to get WWCC at this moment where I had to pay by cash where i even do not have enough money for groceries at this stage. Later, the day before i was supposed to start my work, I got an email that the position was occupied and I am no longer required for them. Which i felt little unfair for myself, specially at this hard time due to global pandemic. Anyway THANKYOU MENZIES for the false hope.

I worked for Menzies international for the better part of 10 years in this time never once was my pay right or in the bank on time if you say anything about it you have to wait untill next pay period another 2 weeks so waiting sometime 4 weeks for pay. You have to train new people becouse supervisor is to incompetent an we are expeted to pick up the slack from supervisor on a daily basis. As they are always on holidays if you ask for help you get no work. The Morwell office is popularity based. I was working from the Gippsland office.
