Worst dry cleaner ever. Dropped my wedding dress off (Monday) to get cleaned before the weekend (Saturday). Went to pick it up (Wednesday) was shown it in a bag looked fine, the man didn't mention it was completely ruined in the bag. Not to mention he had the guts to charge me 40 to get a dress ruined and be dishonest. Decided to try it on thank goodness before my wedding day (was considering not), ruffles torn out, lining riped and scratches all over the satin. So 2 days before my wedding I am trying to get it fixed. I am so stressed about it not to mention worried it won't be able to be repaired in time. They are dishonest and I would never use them again they could of at least had the courtesy to tell me they had torn it! If you can't clean wedding dresses you should say when the customer brings it in. I will never use them again.

Even after reading Laurens review i thought maybe it was a once off so i took my wedding dress in to get drycleaned and being aware of the previous review i made them open up my cover bag supplied to check my dress before leaving the store. Wow! what a dissappointment it seemed in sight that the dress had not been cleaned at all. To my horror there were still dirty marks on my beautiful dress. Well i refused to pay until my dress was cleaned properly. The lady took my dress and explained to the man and he took it for a whole 5 minutes and brought it back. What he steamed out the marks!! I had another look and there were STILL marks on my dress. So i made them take it back again to fix. Aparantly they couldn't get those marks out??? Why are you a drycleaner business if you can't clean clothes?? Hate to imagine those people who walk away with darker coloured clothing with all those dirty stinkin marks and stains not removed. You should be ashamed so many businesses take it in good faith and trust that you would be one business who complies with others to do a job well done. I'm upset and i still paid you for my dress the amount originally charged. I will never use you again and make word of this to further clients.
