People you need to listen to me about this little gem in the heart of Maleny. Ragu is Hands down the most fantastic and authentic Haitian Creole cuisine I have had in Australia my absolute favourite was the sweet potato fudge cake!! While the menu is small and specialised I feel this is not a bad thing. And here is why, the chef and owner who is fantastically friendly and so passionate about his food and culture picks his highlight dishes so you don't have to worry about selecting off a large menu if you had not tried the wonderful cuisine before. With his selections you know the food is going to be special, amd you will taste the soul and passion in every bite. Do your self a favour and try this unknown and very underrated food you will not be sorry!!!.
