Had lunch with my family. It was the best burger I have had in ages and more than enough aioli came on the side, which is often unheard of. My little ones shared a kids size pizza which was well and truly big enough for both of them and was tasty, rather than the boring ham and pineapple option. Beer on tap was tasty! Overall, we were super happy with our lunch stop

The positives: Great staff, great decor and attentive service, The beers are top class with an IPA that’s not too bitter, which is easy to drink. Unfortunately the food was very disappointing. One plate was a board special, being the Wagu ribs with 7 score marbling-39. This had a huge layer of pure fat on the top which was 50% of the total meat content and then a very small amount of actual red meat as shown in the photo below. Our other plate was the sausage pizza- 24. The pizza base could very well be compared to a frozen pizza out of the supermarket, no structure or flavour to it. I would reccomend trying Newstead Brewery in the city, to understand how a pizza base should be like. Brouhaha has huge potential but serving food like this does not complement the excellent beer and atmosphere.

Fantastic food and beer. We had 2 items from the specials board, barramundi and the steak which was absolutely beautiful! The beers that are brewed onsite are first class. A must visit if you want to support a local business
