Attended the tour on how the tea is grown and processed. Tracey is a really nice tour guide whom was very knowledgeable on the entire process and she was also very polite. Had the high tea with my partner, we got to choose 2 teas and were served with scones and an assortment of delicious treats including muffins, brownies and sandwiches. Very full by the end and it all tasted lovely. I would recommend this experience to anyone who wants to try something new, learn something, appreciate tea and just wants a nice day out. About 1-2 hours is a good amount of time for the tour, food and photos.

Nice fully commercial operation Australian Tea farm. Plenty of space. Heaps of different teas / blends to purchase.
A great place to stop and have tea with scones, and a meal, with a clear view of their tea growing, and maybe be harvested. We didn't have a meal here but next time we might. The scones were lovely. There are lots of chairs and tables here, so it must be quite popular. There are tree kangaroos that live in the trees, you might get to see one if you go looking. You can also buy teapots and things here.
Now under new management, Nerada has only improved its offering. The menu at the cafe is fairly wide, even offering coffees! The Lumholtz Tree Kangaroos are still hanging around (pardon the pun) and this is the best spot to see them on the Tablelands.
Great service, lovely scenery, awsome staff!
Never change, Nerada! I haven't been to your tea factory....one day I hope...but I had to write a review about Nerada loose leaf tea. I love your tea so much. Every day I look forward to the highlight of getting out of bed - a mug of strong Nerada tea! Your tea has the best flavour (and I have tried many other loose leaf brands, including Twinings and Dilmah), it's Australia owned, it's Australian-grown AND it's only 3 a packet - less on special! The icing on the cake is the simplicity of the packaging - a lightweight cardboard box. No paper or plastic envelope to hold the tea - it's not necessary! What's not to love?!?
Friendly staff and stunning location.
Lovely place. Could not get a tour but I won’t cry about it. Most tea places don’t ever offer tours. This one allowed us to walk the property by ourselves and had amazing informative information available in the makings of the tea. It was a beautiful day there and we got to see the tree kangaroo. To all the people giving one starts for the property not being open (call ahead why don’t you).
