Ordered a photo book and was told to come back in 24 hours to pick it up. I come back after work the next day and no one can seem to find this book which I had ordered. Staff are moving between screens hoping some magic might happen and my photo book would appear out of thin air. Finally they come to a desk nearer to me , they have the raw photos (not binded). They didn’t have the black cover that I had wanted and had paid for. If you wanted me to come back in 24 hours then use the 24 hours to do something and don’t just make the book in the 10 minutes I have to wait for you to print and make my book

You have to wait one hour to do 1 printout. Only 2 people at the printing desks and a long line. One is doing another job at the back and one is busy fixing the machine. Dude, it would be more appropriate to out more people in the printing section because of very very long line. My goodness..!!!

Had a very pleasant shopping experience from entry to exit at Office Works Malaga. The Manager, aisle attendant and the young lady at the checkout were polite, friendly and helpful. As I was looking for an IPad, I was assisted by Corn who was excellent. He listened patiently, answered my numerous questions on each appliance demonstrated them and placed no pressure on me. finally guiding me to one that suited my needs perfectly. Highly recommend Corn for your technology needs.

I made a click and collect transaction. Was notified that it was ready to pick up, yet from the time I entered the store to when I received my order over 20 minutes had passed. I was standing near the staff member who I originally spoke to the whole time, yet when I followed up my request for my order a second time it was almost as if he forgot I was waiting for my order. I've worked in retail for over 10 years and understand that sometimes delays happen. But considering how many staff were on versus how many customers were in store I consider this to be very poor service. Friendly enough staff but should be far more attentive to the job.

The store was very clean and well presented with full shelves and tickets all in order. I wanted something very easy so I didn’t need any help, which is good as there was not a single staff member to be seen on the floor. Something that compounded when trying to check out. There were only two tills and the CSR’s were working their hardest, but the queue was snaking down to the back of the shop. At which point, all thoughts of maintaining social distancing had flown the coop and there was no one there to maintain that kind of order (the security guard definitely wasn’t interested.) There were probably some staff over in electronics and the printing hub, but other than that? Ghost town (as far as paid staff went, anyway!)

I am not at all happy with the services. I bought office chair and a table on 06 Mar 2021. I paid for the delivery charges and assembly fee. Things were delivered to me on 09 Mar 2021 but no one has called me till date for assembling the furniture. I personally went to the office this week again to check regarding this issue. I was told that I will get a call/email/text message next day regarding the appointment to assembling the chair and table but haven't heard anything till date. I am still waiting for someone to call and come to assemble my chair and table.

I had a great experience today at Officeworks Malaga, the HP mouse that I purchased 12 months and 5 days ago stopped working. They replaced it with a new one and because that unit has come down in price, they refunded me 6. This is in spite of the fact that it was just out of warranty.
