Warren was very easy to deal with, booked the service appointment within a couple of days. Arrived on time on the day and was able to diagnose the problem with my septic, took the time to explain the problem and liased directly with the manufacturer. Provided a very thorough report after completion. Reasonably priced based on other quotes i've had.
I would highly recommend this company. I purchased a house and the ATU system was not working. Had the director warren come and repair the system. He came at little notice and had it fixed in no time. He also wrote a great report so I could claim a reinbursment from the previous owner
