Extremely poor customer service, blonde girl behind counter was unwilling to help and was very unpatient when asking questions about products, also very arrogant. Sure it was Monday and we all have bad days but there is no excuse for this poor customer service, to save you from a bad experience I would highly advise going to an other shop of which there are plenty around in Perth.

Purchased lingerie for an event from here recently and it was fantastic quality and it fit perfectly. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable and to top it off there was 50% off the lingerie range I wanted so I got a bargain!
Got to say great service and best range. Went in there last week, the girl behind the counter was super helpful finding me a present for my girlfriends birthday, as I had no idea what to get. Score!! Thanks again Sinsations.
Don't shop here. Products are mislabeled and inferior to the market standard. Customer service is non-existent. To put it bluntly, in my opinion these guys are liars and cheats, and upon the basis of my own personal experience, effectively thieves, particularly the Store Manager - Karen. What kind of shop takes good money at high prices for products they at best know nothing about and at worst, know are blatantly duds. Disgraceful.
I'm a regular shopper at both here and the Redcliffe location and the staff are always very helpful and friendly especially when I don't exactly know what I want LOL. I'm always a little bit embarrassed to come to these type of stores but they are very clean and well lit! I really like that you can see the toys at the counter before you buy.
Hated it expensive.... receptionist did nothing but eagle eye us.... once she knew we drove a nice looking car. She changed her attitude
