Steve and the team at Active IT (including the other Steve, Glen, Matt and Josh) are fantastic! They provide me and my business with great peace of mind in a very technically confusing world for a non-tech person! I have hardly had any issues since starting with Active It because they can easily monitor my computer system in the background and head off any issues that may arise. If a problem does come up they get onto this immediately and the issue is quickly resolved with no down time which is essential in my business. I would highly recommend using Active It.
