Order a couch first payment was taken. Told the couch was ready for dispatch then 2 days later received another notification saying it is now out of stock. Receive a screenshot of a couch, nothing like we ordered. Now have to wait to see if that's available. Told it can take another 3 days. Then if it's available it will be another 10 business days until delivery. So it's going to be a good month and 3 payments before we actually receive anything. Never came across a business like it. Covid or not communication between the business and supplier is terrible.

I have never bought or heard of this company until they locked my phone. I bought a used phone from another shop and they locked it because the previous owner stole it. Now they are punishing me and not their criminal customer! I have done nothing wrong! give me my phone back!
Had a device literally catch fire. They didn't care. I still had to pay out the entire contract for a device that was under warranty and insured. I've still got that burnt out phone as a reminder of why you don't use companies like these guys. Had 70 left owing and they decided to try and repossess their burnt out heap of plastic. IF YOU LIKE YOUR HOUSE NOT BURNT DOWN AND ACTUAL CUSTOMER SERVICE. SAVE UP, BUY OUTRIGHT.
Have always been good, but don't like this new version with snaffle, should of just stayed the same , not as many products now don't have what i want
Ordered my package a month ago on febrery 2, 2022 ... it’s March 3, 2021 and I haven’t received the package and they tell me that can’t refund me.. because is a design and that I have to wait for my package, what a joke!! A month later and I’m still waiting, don’t buy nothing from this company..
Amazing company with very friendly call center people. Easy and simple process and will definitely be back for more items once I have paid off my current rental.
Very disappointed. I’m up to week 7 still have not received my product. I have contacted them Twice and both times were told “ their waiting for tracking information from the supplier” my third email to them was advising them I had the same email response two weeks apart, I am yet to received a response from my third email which was sent almost two weeks ago with no response. I was told I would receive my product with 10 working days from my first payment confirmation, this was on the 18th of May and still nothing.
I too have been waiting on a washing machine contract 25 june 1st payment 29th june 2nd payment 8th july 3rd payment 23rd july Had picked a replacement washing machine16th june but apparently have to wait for email to be sent to delivery company and for them to respond within another 3 days then i will get an email with tracking number and then washing machine possibly there after. In contract it states goods are delivered within 15 days of first payment if i didnt pay for a month there would b quite a different story using covid as a response is poor as your ar choosing another online business that also get appliances from other sources which is unreliable. I have bought many items from this company mim and with no problems this is unexceptable and not to do with covid more to do with unreliable third party .
