We supplied them an initial concept, which they amended to show what they thought was achievable. We made some minor changes, and emailed instructions and an updated concept to reflect those changes and show exactly what we wanted. But they went ahead and made the sign to their concept without the requested changes. The sign was wrong! Rather than be fair and admit they'd made an error, we were then strung along for almost a month while they decided whether they would fix it or would make a new one. They rarely return phone calls and more often than not, emails go unanswered too. Would I recommend them to a friend....unlikely.
