Shout out to Ang (paint department) We shop here often and have always had good experiences all round, today however, I cannot begin to explain how much, we appreciated the staff in the paint department. Ang, you went above my expectations when we explained that we had a problem and you fixed it promptly, I hope you are appreciated by your bosses as much as we appreciated your help and advice today. Hire equipment in a poor state of repair. Booked a 2 man post hole digger but when tried to pick up, it didn't have a lock pin to hold onto the auger. They couldn't find one to fix it in all the hardware at Bunnings! Ok can I take the smaller post hole digger standing next to it. Oh no, it's also unserviceable!

Needed concrete sleepers approximately 45. A wonderful young man loaded them into our ute x 3 loads. He was very pleasant and polite. He was assisted by Lydia and John who checked our load/ purchases. Extremely helpful staff throughout the warehouse. Thanks all team at Maitland Bunnings.
