The staff here are beyond friendly, caring, kind, helpful. Just all around 1000% perfect. The place is clean to a high standard. The piercings are perfect they always make sure they are 110% straight, in the right place and if you are happy with it. They also have a great range of body jewellery, knick knacks, etc. I live in Newcastle and gladly travel 2 hours just to go to them and will not go anywhere else. I highly recommend them. And would give 100 stars if I could.

I've become a bit of a chicken with age , but my daughter booked me in last week!!! After the event?? I honestly don't know what the concern was about, Casey is so quick, precise & easy to get along with, The Salon is so clinically clean, everything is laid out, no problem seeing what's for sale, very comfortable, above all, Professional all the way!!! Wouldn't hesitate recommending

Great staff with fast friendly service. Awesome school holiday specials. My 11 year old daughter was a bit nervous but staff reassured her and it was over before she knew it. Highly recommended.
