Melissa was the most amazing hair stylist for a number of reasons. Firstly, Melissa has a really fun and calm energy - just what I wanted on my wedding day. You can tell that other suppliers enjoy working with Melissa, too. Secondly, Melissa's expertise - she is a third generation hair stylist and has done / seen it all. She was able to offer me all kinds of excellent advise on clip in hair extensions, veil, clip placement, colour, cut. She was able to do three beautiful styles just looking at pictures that my bridesmaids and I gave her on the day (I did have a trial but changed my mind on style before the actual day). Finally, Melissa went above and beyond to arrange a makeup artist for my Mother in Law and Sisters in Law. I would recommend Melissa for any wedding or special occasion hair.

Today I was lucky enough to have a curly session with Mel and WOW... I was left speechless!! Let me start by saying Mel is one of the most beautiful lady I have ever met, also with the most beautiful hair I have ever seen. She has so much knowledge when it comes to curly hair and knew how to answer all my questions. She took the time to explain everything she was doing step by step and explain why it’s so important. I have always struggled with knowing what products to use and how to use them, but today Mel taught me showed me how to apply each product to my hair to get the best results. I feel so confident after today that now I will be able to get my curls looking beautiful, fresh and bouncy everyday. I just want say once again, thank you so much Mel! I couldn’t of achieved these gorgeous curls without your help. I am so great full that I was able to meet you and have to opportunity for you to teach me about my curls
Calling all curly girls on the Gold Coast! Please look no further, Melissa completely transformed my hair and was able to teach me so much about how to look after my curls I was an hour late to my appointment and she was so understanding and still took her time, did not rush the appointment at all and walked me through every single step and made sure to continuously ask me if I had any questions! She is so knowledgeable and taught me so much about my own hair and recommended a heap of products that would work for me. She has 100% given me the best haircut I’ve ever had and I cannot recommend her enough! I am so so happy with the results and feel so confident with my new hair, thank you so much Mel, so happy that I was able to find you!
My god! This woman is amazing! I was very nervous getting my hair done for my daughters wedding recently. After explaining that my hair has a lot of natural curl and frizz, and needed taming with a good blow dry before styling, Melissa went to work and prepped my hair like she’d been doing it for years. Two and half hours later ( I have a lot of hair) I had the best upstyle I have ever had (and I’ve had a few done!). Thank you so much!
Wow. I had the most amazing morning with Melissa. Felt like I'd known her forever. She taught me so much about my hair and I am finally ready to embrace my curls! I really cannot recommend her highly enough. She is my hair guru. My hair looks and feels so much healthier already.
Curly/wavy girls, I can not recommend a curl cut, hydration and rejuvenation session with Melissa enough! She is incredibly passionate and knowledgeable about everything to do with curly hair, and the session is so educational and hands on. I absolutely loved the end result, and the fact that I could walk away with suite of tips and tricks on how I can recreate the look myself.
Melissa is AMAZING. She totally transformed my curls and went through the entire process with me. My hair lasted four days without even needing a refresh. Afterwards Melissa emailed with an explanation of all of the techniques. As a bonus, Melissa has a lot of products to sell. If you are a curly girl, you will not regret a visit to Melissa!
WOW!!! That was best haircut and education session I’ve ever had about my hair! I learnt so much from Melissa and am so grateful she passed on heaps of knowledge and coached me through how to do it myself at home! Couldn’t recommend her enough!
