Tried to buy a letterbox in 2017 and a young female staff member refused to sell it to me as she thought I might return it. Still don't recommend them because of their service. She was quite obstinate about it.

Good service, well priced, and decent range. Worth a visit if you're wanting something that isn't off the shelf B*****gs - be different! Parking is easy enough on quite days. The online system is a little dated as not all colour availabilities are shown. Definetly worth a trip to the store. Keep in mind the return policy though. They exchange items but there is a 25% re-stock fee.
