I didn't finish the tattoo in this studio, so I can't comment on their work, but only talk about their front desk service. We went to their studio last Tuesday to make an appointment, prepared to make two tattoos, paid a 100 deposit and left the phone number. The appointment date we prefer was next Thursday (August 9th). I verbally confirmed this time to the staff twice, but the date she wrote on the deposit card was August 2(this Thursday). Since this is the first time we have tattooed, and we have made a verbal confirmation, we did not look at the information on this deposit card and directly put it into the pocket, and I admit that this is our fault. When we were happy to go to the studio on August 9, we found that the date on the card was written on August 2. At that time, the staff said that because they gave the card, it was our responsibility. At the same time, because we did not show up, the artist did not have income during that period, so the deposit could not be refunded. Even if we reschedule and pay another deposit, the previous 100 cannot be included in the cost of our tattoo. Ok, I understand that the deposit can't be refunded, but I just want to say that since the artist didn't have income when we didn't show up, why can't they give us a call at that time? Perhaps this is not their obligation, but it can avoid the loss of the artist's working hours and remind customers. But they didn't, my phone was always on, I didn't receive any calls from them. When we made such an opinion, the staff just said, ‘we have cards, so this is your responsibility’, ‘this is why we have cards’. Well, as a tattoo studio, you have cards and customers, but maybe you don't have friends.
