avoid at all costs. booked a car via email. all good. arrived on the island. emailed and phoned several times and left messages but no response. walked to their "office", but no office. eventually hired from tropical palms at picnic bay, who i would thoroughly recommend.

Awful experience - do not recommend. We booked our trip to magnetic island over a month ago after organising an open top 4x4 with Tim. He told us he would have the car waiting for us at the ferry terminal when we arrived and would text us the exact location that morning, aware of our ferry time. We attempted to text Tim before boarding the ferry and didn’t get a reply. After 2 attempts at calling him he answered and informed us the car wasn’t available anymore and he had no other vehicle to offer us. He hadn’t bothered to get in touch with us at all and was quite rude when we said how much this upset us and had affected our day. Do not recommend this company at all and highly advise to use another 4wd hire option.
Perfect! Thank Tim for helping make our weekend amazing. Car was dropped off to us and returning was even easier. The service was amazing stress free, you are not going to want to use any other car rental on Magnetic Island.
Tim was super friendly and helpful, 4X4 was in great condition and great to have AC in this heat! Thanks for dropping us off at our hostel after too!
From start to finish was amazing! I’m only 19 and Tim made an exception for us to hire a 4x4! So helpful and kind and dropped it off at where we were staying. Vehicle was amazing and took us all the places we wanted to go. Price is great too! Thank you for being so helpful and making our stay on MI amazing.
Had a wonderful time on Magnetic Island thanks to them. Friendly service from Tim who delivered the vehicle to us near the ferry pier. The vehicle had the nessecary KM’s but was maintained very well, clutch even felt like new. Thanks a lot guys!
We had a great day hiring from Tim, we had the car until whatever time we wanted unlike the other rental places on the island. It took us everywhere we wanted to go with ease and all around made for a great experience on magnetic island, I would highly recommend renting from here, great price too.
