I cannot thank the team at Edenhills enough for your compassion, understanding and care of our beautiful girl Gypsy who we sadly lost in December. The process was so easy from the initial phone call with the lovely Lucy, right through to the home delivery from James. The personalised urn represents how beautiful our girl was and the doves remind us that she is at peace now. At one of the saddest times in our lives, we are grateful to the team for your assistance, and while we hope not to loose any of our other pets any time soon, we are at ease knowing that when the time comes, we will be well looked after.

Highly recommend Edenhills , very professional and caring. Have used this service twice receiving my beloved pets ashes promptly to my door, in beautiful urns, delivered by a lovely , compassionate man Steve. All in all Edenhills make a very stressful time easier to deal with.

We recently lost our beautiful girl Minnie after nearly16 years and we would like to thank the wonderful team at Eden Hills for the care and compassion they gave during this difficult time. Steve came to pick our girl up. He was so gentle, caring and respectful when he carried her out reassuring us he would take good care of her, we new she was in good hands. The support staff were also very caring making the whole process as smooth and easy as could be. Today Steve brought our girl home to us in the same sincere and caring manner.
