Driver is incredibly rude and does not trust anyone with their myki. His driving is atrocious please give him an automatic. I do not feel comfortable when he speaks in an aggressive tone.

Very disappointed with this bus company, we booked a bus for our Kinder children to go on an excursion for a Christmas party and they never rocked up. When we asked them about it, they said it wasn't booked, which is a total lie!

I once had a bus driver doing the town service make a mistake but I was fine with it because it was a good laugh (when I say that it means good cause i love a goof mistake story) and I think this mistake made me love the Bacchus Marsh coaches bus town service literally cause I understand error is a thing and I don't expect everything to run perfectly (cause everyone makes mistakes. Anyway whoever the driver was this day I want to see more of him. Please note this is a genuine and serious review
Daughter was at the bus stop in Hepburn Springs from 6:00 am to 6:30am, no bus stopped or even went past at scheduled time of 6:17. Of course when I inquired the driver says he went past the stop and no-one was there. No tracker on the bus conveniently, therefore unable to substantiate. Has anyone else ever caught the bus from Hepburn Springs to Ballan and confirm service operates consistently?
Never on time or doesnt even bother showing up for ptv in bacchus marsh. And absolute joke dont rely on them to get anywhere!!!
