Unprofessional, unhelpful and lacking process. Moreover, this organisation worries more about it's bottom line than the customers that drive it.
Just sent me on a 3 hour long goose chase to Nab to pay out a car loan and get a closure of account doc, Nab cannot do this at all for Maq. Don't trust the advice from their phoneline
The process of getting a car on lease is tedious and frustrating. The amount of documentation that they ask for you is just ridicules and overboard. I almost gave up couple of times because of the leasing process.
On hold for around 18 minutes, but the consultant was professional and helpful.
Very BAD Customer experience. Firstly they approved Car loan and got the contract signed , then at time of settlement they again required more documents and checks and wasted my precious time. Get your Approval process sorted out rather than harassing customer at time of settlement.
Worst customer service ever. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Always have to email . No App to use . Takes forever to get a response. Never will use again . BE WARNEDDDDDD !!
Absolute painful experience with them. When I called their customer care, their representative said that amount to be paid that month will be final payment. However, when I reached out to them for the clearance certificate, they mentioned that though the loan amount is paid off it will still be considered as part of the loan for the full loan tenure and I can sell off my car till the loan tenure is complete. Completely rude staff and doesn't understand what they talk about. Wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. Not allowed to get negative stars otherwise would have given them -5.
