First time wearing my brand new 400 Kathmandu Jacket was torn while trying to make my way through an overcrowded food court to dispose of my lunch leftovers. Lucky I suppose the sharp rusted edges caught my jacket and not my leg or some child’s face!!! Despite lodging a formal complaint then being charged for parking because the whole process took so long....I am still waiting for an outcome??? I bought the jacket to visit family in cold Canberra and now it is ruined before I can get there!!! Also as I explained, due to the cold weather it is getting low on stock in my size to replace the jacket! Despite the many many thousands of dollars I have spent in this Centre, (shopping & parking), I am very disappointed at this poor customer service! Thanks to Juan who at least had the decency to call me back, let’s see how long this process now takes! Very disappointed, outcome pending since March 20 getting colder by the minute!

They had some good sales today. I managed to get some clothes ready for the winter season. They have a great range of stylish clothing and accessories.

Not sure why this place is so depressing. Could it be the confusing layout that makes it so hard to get in and out, the endless clothing shops where ppl just consume more or the factory food outlets or the huge car parks that generally ignore people approaching on foot. The pedestrian access is slowly getting better. 5 years ago one entrance was literally walking through a car park. Now that's beside the car park, still stinks but at least has separate right of way. Plus the new development allows entry without the noxious car fumes.

Not sure if its just because of Easter or covid but every door and entrance was locked despite the centre being open. No lifts were working or escalators. Spent most of the day trying to lug prams up the fire stairs and bumping into other frustrated people in the carpark either trying to get in or out of the centre. Signage needs to be better for pedestrian entries into the centre or a redesign of the car parks

Macquarie Centre offers all the big brand retailers whilst housing some delicious food venues. The shopping Centre is large with a variety of shops occupying the estate. What the shopping Centre lacks is.. a sense of direction we found that the escalators to be confusing as they were located incorrectly whilst being randomly appointed. All in all Macquarie centre is a vast shopping centre with lots of do and see. A monopoly of big brand stores along with the little guys in between. The food court is very multicultural and the parking is somewhat manageable.

I had a problem with my screen protector and the guys here did a great job of sorting it out. Great service. They are clearly focused on great customer outcomes.

Great services, stores and shopping outlets overall but the Centre layout is very confusing. It’s hard to navigate inside this massive shopping centre. The massive expansion done years ago made this situation worse. The car park building adjacent to the centre is also not well designed with very narrow turning space when going up or down the levels. The exit/way out signs are not placed at the proper positions neither. If the exit is not at the level of the car park, the sign should be used to direct vehicles to go down another level in order to find the exit.

1 stop shop where one can find all things needed here. The shops are upscale and the mall is maintained very well. The carpark entry still provides paper ticket upon entering, this is something to be improved.
