Poor form. Laziness seems to be the order of the day here. They couldn't be bothered replying to an email enquiry about a property. I gave them 4 days to get back to me, then rang the office. 'Oh, I believe an offer has just been made...', I was told.
Haylei and Kellie do a wonderful job of managing my investment properties. They are always prompt with periodic inspections and getting in touch with any maintenance issues that arise, as well as sending detailed reports with corresponding photos for my records. Keep up the good work Girls.
