Don't think twice when you need any roofing work done ,you never go wrong with these guys , we had a new house and patio roof installed plus gutters , best quality , really good to know such a professional team after having some bad experiences with others , thanks to Glen , Luke and their team .

I got stood-up by Zen Roofing and from the beginning I didn't received a very professional service. I got a letter in my mail with a contact number to have a FREE site inspection, however, when I called the number, the person told me that I should contact a different number to book a time to book my assessment. I called the number and was booked on a Friday at 10am. Then on Thursday afternoon I received a notification indicating that my booking had changed to 1pm I confirm the time and the next day I stayed home the whole day because I had to clear my schedule for the 10am appointment that was later on changed to 1pm and waited the whole day and no one came or called me. On the other hand, I made an appointment with their competitor's company STORMASSIST and they showed up right away ON TIME and were very friendly and professional.
Zen did a great job. Gutters used to overflow in a medium down pour. Zen removed and replaced our gutters and with the recent the recent weather no more issues. Thanks Glen and Luke.
Zen Roofing performed a removal of an existing asbestos roof and new zincalume roof. They also installed a new flyover roof for our back deck. This was a tough job for Glen and Luke due the steep hill the property sits on (they even had to get a crane in on 2 occasions to lift materials in and out). There were also a few complex problem solving and engineering issues to work through with the installation of the flyover. It was probably a very frustrating job for them but they were very professional and friendly, making for a good working relationship with us. They got the job done in the end and we are very happy with the end product, it really transforms our house. My wife and I are very happy we chose Zen Roofing for this tricky project (they might not be so happy they accepted though haha) and we would recommend them to our family and friends.
Glen and Luke from Zen roofing went truly beyond what was expected in terms of service, they both dealt with me ringing or texting basically every day with a new list of questions and took the time to explain everything to me in detail. It felt like dealing with old friends with the professionalism of delivering great quality work, on time. Cannot recommend Zen Roofing enough. Thank you for everything.
We had two houses roofs redone by Zen Roofing and highly recommend their work. Both roofs were 100 years old and they went out of their way to identify and correct truss issues that we never saw. They quickly fixed these through their associated chippies and produced a beautiful finish to our homes that add value, and will outlast us. Excellent customer experience and outstanding finish! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Zen to anyone. Great work Glen and your boys!
Im delighted with the job the Zen men did on replacing my disgusting asbestos roof that was leaking and and freaking out the neighbours. Now it’s perfect, and all the team were friendly and obliging. After a massive ordeal with our Insurance, dealing with Glen and his team was a refreshing change. The guys from Zen (Luke and Jake) were very professional and friendly. I had no concerns with them being at my house for the duration of this difficult job. We had at least 30 roofers turn down the job saying it was too hard, but the team at Zen proved no job is too big or too hard. We are very pleased with the final product and I would recommend Zen Roofing for both little and big jobs. Well Done Guys!
