Everyone at the company, I come in contact with is very helpful, receptive and swift to respond, in particular Will Paton, product manager/hose specialist who has excellent knowledge in the products. He has gone out all his ways to assist the customer. This is customer service of the highest standard that is customer first before profit. It has been a great relief for me to be able to find the heater bypass hoses from Mackay Rubber when other car parts sellers / manufacturers have been unable to do so. Thank you.

I restore hq to wb your product is second to none and as restorers we need the one important rubber you dont make the body to chassis bushes we are desparate for good ones the market is full of Chinese rubbish please resurrect those bushes you are losing alot of money because you dont make them these cars are being rebuilt in their masses now i fit noting else than your rubbers cos they are meant to be on my car and they are the best please support our aussie cars properly
Got these parts for my to redo the suspention on my 2003 Honda Integra. Working in the trades for many years I can say that these are great quality and I look forward to installing them. For anyone looking to redo the suspention on their own DC5 follow my google account over to youtube for all the diy tips since parts are so hard yo find for these cars.
I needed some information from them about which specific hoses I needed to purchase. Though they did not reply to my email immediately, the help they eventually provided was excellent, and definitely more than they had to. Would be 5 stars if not for the delay.
