We went in there with my 4 daughters to get pedi and nail work done we were told to come back in an hour sat down for service and it took 3 hours because they kept accepting other customers and changing staff all the time. The polish was on nails and skin and not tidied up nd came off the next day for what we played I thought it would last a bit longer. Because it took so long my sister and I didn't even end up getting our nails done ther

Unhappy with the work, none of them are equally amount of polish on the same fingers. I'm not going back to them ever

Share the frustration with many of the reviewers below. I was pressured into getting a mani/pedi (only wanted mani), got questioned by 3 or 4 staff as to why I wasn't getting Shellac, the 17yo I brought got burned in her Shellac mani and then treated with alcohol. They did not show me a menu / price list and charged me an exorbitant amount, and when I was paying with wet nails, they said I'd get 10 off if I paid with cash. Overall a disappointing experience and I felt very uncomfortable throughout.

I used love this nail salon but after today's service I cannot say the same. My nails look like they've been painted by a five year old! And they are so crooked! The first lady did a rough job and left, I noticed a few mistakes and asked politely if they could fix it. They tried to fix it but it does not look professional at All! I paid money for this, expecting to look PROFESSIONAL!

DON'T BOTHER! Despite being polite and waiting patiently, I wasn't afforded the same courtesy. Strange, I'm a paying customer. Nail technician didn't want to show me the colour selection, just asked if I wanted pink or red. When I politely asked to see the colour selection which seemed to enrage her. When she stomped off, the lady sitting next to me said the technician was also very rude to her. Rushed through my pedi and mani. PAYING CUSTOMERS DESERVE RESPECT!

WORST EXPERIENCE! I went to this salon for an infill and received a job that was absolutely pathetic. Missed sections of nail with no acrilic, acrilic imperfections just painted over, previous colour not fully removed and only partially painted over, paint all over my fingers even connecting my nail and skin together on one nail! (If i could add photos i would)!! Not to mention that the employees assume you cannot speak their language and saying .... Not very nice things when i spent 5 minutes trying to get the stray acrilic off the sides of my fingers. When asked if i was happy and replied "not really" and pointed out the issues was ignored and only reply was 'well thats 90' (i also got a pdei which was the only saving grace). Absolutely terrible!
