The Sales service and finance team was very professional and prompt,but unfortunately that is about as good as it got.The service department was a complete let down as I had issues with a brake controller which was installed in-house by MM.After originally ringing about the problem that occurred when we where hooked on with caravan that luckily I checked for brakes working.(Not)They couldn’t give me any faith in their Auto Electrician as he was as stated by the gentleman a “TRAINEE”.I couldn’t not get the car booked in for another week which I sat and watched half the service team trying to work out what was wrong.3hours later changed brake controller module Fixed.Well good enough by them as wife only found out later that day the glove box wouldn’t close because the module they replaced was swinging in the breeze and caught up between box .Glad I chose to only 3 years free servicing.

Ask you not to park in the driveway so we didn't, but everyone else did. We tried to hand car keys in because we went from first the 7 th because we hadn't illegally parked in the driveway or on the street. The early bird box isn't marked with any outside information. Then after confirming that the car would be ready within 2 hours on the phone, the unhelpful service reception informed me that wasn't correct. Very unprofessional

I had a breakdown with a hired motor home and was in quite desperate need of a Mercedes mechanic. It was mid afternoon already, but we were booked in immediately and a few hours later were back on the road. I am very grateful for the prompt and professional service received. The place is very nicely fit out with a reception and waiting area that matches most of the high flying dealers in much bigger cities.
