Good facility and service quality. I came on a slow morning and only waited 15min. Claiming anything with centrelink is not easy....especially if you're not Australian. Overall, on this occasion, my issue was addressed without too much hassle.

All i wanted to do was update income estimate. Computer couldnt understand. Kept asking about stillborn baby payments. Mackay centerlink line out the door and halfway up the block. Whole system useless...
Some staff have been nice, but overall I've dealt with some very rude, unfriendly and condescending staff here. Overall not very helpful and need to utilise more staff, as wait times can be ridiculous.
Waited 15 minutes to be laughed at by one of the workers. The woman talked to me like I was stupid and she obviously thought she was better than me with her condescending smiles of amusement. Being 18 years old and independent is hard enough as it is.... I needed help and she laughed at me because "I really didn't understand" her friggen words....absolutely disgusting service.

The woman I had was horrid. Talked to me like I was an idiot, didn't help me at all - just LAUGHED at me for not understanding ...I was shocked that she had the audacity to do that. Absolute cow
Love spending 15 mins fighting with the over the phone voice controlled service only to get hung up on multiple times because it "doesnt understand your query"
Long, long wait times. I have been here several times and the average wait time is about 35 minutes. They need to start utilising more staff. The only positive is it is quicker than using the phone service.
