2 years ago rang them to book service no answer on phone , leave a message, left message with details requesting ring back , waited 3 days no call, rang again same process, waited another 3 days, no contact, sent email no reply, went elsewhere, thought would try again now, spoke to service staff this time , requested quote for minor mechanical repair, took my details , 8 days later heard no more hopeless customer service

Some issues with wheel alignment after was performed with my service on 25/9/2020. Was contacted Monday morning 28/9/2020 and Ben Cain came and collected my car from my work (leaving me with a courtesy car if job took longer than expected). My car was fixed and returned to me at work before it was time for me to knock off for the day. Thanks for your above and beyond dedication and professionalism to getting this sorted and collecting/returning my car. Also you had a very professional demeanor and a great smile with 'can do' attitude. Well done and great effort - keep it up!!
