Got the school holiday mega pass (29) and had a great time for about 2 hours, included arcade time and points as well as a 10 food voucher and a return visit voucher.
Good place, decent ambience. Tons of lanes to bowl. There's games as well and a pool table. Staff are good at customer service as well. Pricing can be considered slightly on the expensive end but nothing ridiculous. There's deals going around all the time though which sort of makes up for it. I'd definitely go back.
Eli our party host and Grace the manager were amazing today! Handled all our questions and kept making sure we knew what was happening and checking we were happy! The kids had an amazing time and food was great too!
Busy Friday evening, so very happy that we prebooked 2 lanes. The service was excellent, and the staff made sure to look after our needs fairly quickly even though it was busy. The adults had as much fun as the kids, maybe even more so. We had two adults in their 60s who bowled for the first time, and enjoyed it, so mission accomplished.
A well maintained bowling alley. Staff were really friendly and there’s a good variety of arcade games to play. I will be back!
We had lots of issues with our lane. I would say it jammed upwards of 7 times in one game. However the staff were able to fix lane issues fairly quickly. Food staff weren’t friendly at all however I do understand that it was a busy night.
Had my son’s birthday party here, he and his friends had a great time even for 1st bowlers. Staff were very accommodating and showed a lot patience while keeping all kids engaged with activities and helping some of the little ones with their bowling experience. Birthday packages and gaming machines were very affordable too.
