Good store, very hard to find at night because there was no external lighting. Also pretty light on for floor staff but it was around dinnertime. But the stock made up for a small wait time.

Non-existent customer service for a big store we were disgusted. We walked in nobody came to ask if they could help we walked up and down the aisles looking for air fryers still nobody came to help so we had to wave your arms in the air and yell oi does anyone want to help us and a service attendant eventually came over And when we made a comment about time someone helped us he replied sorry what was that as he was listening to something else in his earpiece clearly. They only had the display model of what we wanted so we walked out. Was The same at the Oxley store. I suggest to hire more mature staff who actually want to work For their money and understand Customer Service a bit better then the generation you are hiring.
It’s my first time here. The staff are friendly and helpful. The store is very clean with a place to sit, children to play, toilets too.
extremely rude staff, when we finally got someones attention he could not provide any detail about the product they were selling and did not know the item was on sale in his own shop until he googled it in front of us...did not want anything to do with us. You guys are making it too easy for Harvey Norman. look elsewhere don't bother with these idiots.......
Bought a fridge and food processor from here. Very stoked with the outcome. Scott was an amazing help and would come back here again.
Reading the other reviews on here, sadly I cannot agree more on the non-existent customer service..."Good Guys should be renamed "Not-so-good Guys". Obviously no one in management reads the customer reviews, only a matter of time when your stores will cease to operate at the rate you are going. I wouldn't bother coming here anymore. It was better when Harvey Norman was here.
Went there to view the iphone 12pro max, met Josh the sales chap whom was courteous, knowledgeable and professional as well as sincere. He made our purchase easy and satisfaction on the decision to purchase the item without hesitation. Also bought a couple phone case from him. Would definitely goes all the way there to look him up for my future purchases. No regrets very happy with purchase.
Great store. Always helpful and easy to talk too. Not to pushy with sales and advice. Recommend.
