Bought my Lojel Cubo from here, best purchase I made for my trip to Europe! Spacious and light, it even had room for my wife's clothes when she has filled up all her suitcases.

DO NOT BUY IT LUGGAGE BRAND. I purchased their suitcase from here and tried to claim the 10year warranty. I am currently trying going through the QCAT to successfully claim months after the suitcase broke. Please do not buy this brand from them. UPDATE: as requested by the reply to my review, I sent them an email on 13/07/2020 to which I never received a reply. My 1 star review now stands for both Luggage Direct and IT Luggage.
I had to buy a last minute large suitcase. Ended up getting a top of the line Samsonite super light for less than half price. They also grabbed me a new one from the back! The asian dude was super friendly and so was the cashier chick. 10/10 would come back.

Excellent service from Renai who is an experienced traveller with lots of tips, cheerful & helpful. Not pushy. Only trouble is that Google maps took me to the back street behind the store which was inaccessible to the store.
Went last weekend and was served by Albert. Really good to speak with someone who knows the product, but also asks questions to establish what will suit you best. Left very happy with an American Tourister suitcase at a good price (80 cheaper than I'd seen elsewhere). A pleasant experience.
