Not the best hot pot from Sydney standards... Half the staff are friendly and accommodating though some are just flustered by the pace of service (crowded or not). Not speaking the language is an issue as commented on by many- communication becomes a struggle and all involved just agree to nod at whatever. We ordered the four seasons soup to try all, plus a mix of meat, veg and seafood. All was well except for the baby octopus which just didn't sit right. The drinks menu seemed small but then looking around tables - there were amazing variety of drinks on other tables if you knew what was on offer and spoke the language. Just a bit hard for English speakers to get what they want or ask for recommendations etc aside from pointing at other people's food and drinks and asking for an explanation of 'what' and 'please can I have'. All in all not bad, but not great either. The cashier at the end seemed to be more English coherent & accommodating, pitty he wasn't serving tables.

Absolutely love this place ️ I'd recommend bringing 4 people minimum if you're coming to get the best value I've come here just the the two of us as it's so good the price is worth the craving I'd comment on the service generally lacking with the staff on their phones... Didn't bother us specifically as the restaurant was quite... But definitely congregation on the dining floor seemed barbaric and unprofessional.
This is the best Hot Pot by far I have been to fresh fresh so fresh a little expansive ,though you walk out knowing what you ate was quality.
The Brown sugar Rice cake is my favourite. I like this Sichuan hot pot restaurant very much. I have been to Sichuan, China once, and here reminds me of that memory.
We all enjoyed the food & experience. Atmosphere is pleasant & decor was nice. The hot pot was more authentic than any others we have been to in Brisbane. I think if you don't speak Mandarin you may have difficulty with communication. This place is worth the visit, but book a table in advance as it is very busy. Customers were lined up waiting for a table.
One of the better Chinese hot-pot experiences in and around Brisbane and it was definitely worth the trek from Brisbane CBD. The selection and quality of meats and vegetables were really good, not to mention having a very authentic Chinese atmosphere. The customer service was great as they even cautioned me on the selected spice level. My tolerance for spices is quite strong for a westerner but I had to check my ego at the door, settling for medium spicy at the waitresses recommendation. Even that was quite spicy than what I'm used to so I'm happy for the waitresses opinion. I would highly recommend visiting this restaurant!
It is a nice experience enjoying hotpot at this restaurant. The beef, lamb and ox are soft and delicious. Their meat balls are delicious and vegetables are fresh. Variety of food is good. Their food overall are of high quality. There’s also a good variety of sauce available. It was a summer evening and it got quite hot inside sitting in front of the hotpot, but it was bearable. A stronger air conditioning would have been awesome. We received a special promotional discount and the price was therefore perfectly alright!
Has to be said that we found this place by mistake and can't not leave a great review. Wonderful night. Staff were amazing. Food quality was beautiful. Great fun. Exceeded all expectations. This place deserves 10 stars :-) Make sure you get there and try it out. You'll be so happy. Thank you very much for looking after us.
