first time I used them I was not impressed, however I needed an identical door so had to give them a second go...still not impressed! 7k is no small amount of money to me so customer service is important, but sadly it feels like they're only interested in the sale. On both occasions they've missed their ETA by miles. First door was apparently damaged and 3 weeks turned into 10, second door (ordered 02/01/21) is delayed by 2 weeks at this stage and ongoing. What annoys me the most is there's no updates and no apologies, you have to constantly chase them and wait days for a response. I was also surprised you have to pay the installer cash on the day because they sub contract tradie's to fit. Beware they also leave all the mess for you to deal with which was an extra cost to pay someone with a trailer to do a skip run. I've read the other reviews and I'm fully expecting the same "copy and paste" reply. Would not recommend to anyone.

The team at Doors Plus were great and we are so pleased with our doors. Great value for money. The customer support was first class - Glen made sure everything was as he first quoted and even sent out the installer for another go to ensure everything was as spoken about. The installer went above and beyond his expectations and when he noticed a little discrepancy with his install took the time to rectify it - we hadn’t even noticed! Recommend the team if you are looking for doors around the home and willing to pay a bit more than you would DIY.
Unfortunately I have had to change my review. I made a mistake by not being there when my doors were installed and did not get home until dark. The next morning I was inspecting the new doors and came across some pretty significant scratches. I did advise the store straight away and agreed to wait until the carpenter to come out and look when installing the screen doors. After the carpenter came out to inspect it has been totally dismissed and even told a dog had jumped up and scratched the door. (We have zero dogs in the area that would do this) even though one of the indents there is no break in the paint. You can clearly see on the pictures. I was then told by Glenn that they would speak with the owner and get back to me and that was over 3 weeks ago and still waiting to hear back. Warning: please inspect your doors thoroughly before signing off as trying to organise something afterwards is impossible.
Glen has been helping us with door products for 20 odd years. Todd the installer is one of the finest craftsman. He is willing to go the extra mile for you as well. Recommend Doors plus, but beware, if you don't know what you want, nobody will.
Doors Plus provided a good deal on the Guardian door. Their subcontracted installer was fantastic. The installation was quick & looks great.
They gave me an expert service. The door was perfectly fitted after I gave the exact dimensions through an e-mail. Thank you so much for a job well done
