Excellent customer service. Shout out to Olly for showing me the bikes and answering all my questions with patience. He was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and wasn't pushy. Although ended up going back to store to purchase. And Jay for finally emailing me the invoice. Just a couple of points to note for improvement. 1. The bike I picked up from the showroom was found to have some scratches and they gladly replaced with another piece the following. I wondered why they'd try to palm off a bike from the showroom when they already had another premade one ready to go in the back. Shame one would have to ask. 2. When I made the payment, i was told that the invoice would be emailed to me. As it turned out there was a mistake in my email address and never received. After a couple of emails and phone calls and finally going back into the store the invoice was emailed to me. No biggie, but felt a bit unnecessary trip for something that can be sorted over the phone. Probably some staff training around this could've saved me the hassle of chasing up and travel.

I recently purchased a bike from 99 Bikes, though in the end from the Cannon Hill store as the stock was not available at the Macgregor store. Notwithstanding I would like to thank John and the team for the excellent pre-sales support, including listening to my needs and making good recommendations based on the expertise and experience and for setting up a bike for me to test ride. The staff are great!

I've been buying from 99 Bikes stores for a while now (both my MTB's) and when I went in a couple of weeks ago I was Not planning on buying anything. After talking to George and learning about the Cube brand I put a hold on the Stereo 120 Pro 29. Picked it up last week and have ridden a few times now. I love it! The guys at Macgregor are great and their customer service and knowledge is great!
Elliot and the team are beyond helpful, and go out of their way to make sure I got the right product and at the right price. Their service solving an issue I had with a helmet so quick and easy I have no doubt I’ll be back soon, and commend them to anyone needing assistance with their bicycling needs.

They quickly answered my questions, with pertinent and knowledgeable responses and this was the trigger in my purchasing the Ebike.
