Great central location in Campbelltown if you need your car serviced. Courtesy cars available but you need to book in advance. Also, Mercedes, Jaguar and Land Rover dealer is located next door to the Ford dealership.

I'm 4 hours from home, all of NSW coast is flooding. My wife is 37wks pregant. I've never spoken or dealt with Macarthur before. I turn up with a spanner on the dash and they get my family and ranger back on the road in a few hours, new parts under warranty installed. Outstanding service. I'm sure they could have said sorry we can't fix this today. But they got in and fixed it knowing I'll probably never be back. Very happy.

The overall experience with their team is very poor. They are not customer focused. They don't keep promises while updating the customers about existing orders. Do not recommend this company for purchase of vehicles.

Amazing service from the staff in Campbelltown, booked my car in no problem for the day I wanted. The process was so easy - they greet you when you drive up (you don't have to find somewhere to park the car), there is a comfortable waiting area and the car was ready when they said it would be. As an added bonus the car was washed and vacuumed inside! Will be going there again for my next service.

Had a blown bulb....and dropped into Ford...a really nice guy helped me out and put a new one in for me straight away and i didn't have to pay him....he also fixed my tow bar that was hanging...very nice people..

Very poor customer service, I spoke with Janan Youkhanna and all he could say was that every other car I was looking at was s**t the only good car was the Ford I was looking at, only spoke bad of other cars including the Ford focus, bothered me to the point that I don't even care about the ford I was looking at, would not recommend talking with him.
